I first learned about the Order of the Knights of Rizal when I was a young boy. I was fascinated by the stories of great Filipino heroes and their brave deeds. And I resolved that I would become a Knight of Rizal when I was old enough. When I was still a teenager, I began cultivating a love for my country and its history. I worked hard to develop my leadership and public speaking skills. I knew that if I was going to become a Knight of Rizal, I would first have to become a better Filipino.
I never thought I would become a Knight of Rizal. My interest in our family tree, which reaches over five generations, was the first step toward this honor. But the college also opened my eyes to the importance of cultivating a love for the Philippines. As a writer, I want to write more about my thoughts on how to become a better Filipino.

Perhaps I would never have imagined myself as a Knight of Rizal. After all, I grew up in a family that did not place much importance on our heritage. Yet when I found myself in college and learned about the importance of cultivating and developing a love for the Philippines, I knew that I needed to do something. So I decided to join the Order of the Knights of Rizal. Which is dedicated to preserving the history of the Philippines and educating the public about our country.
I remember the day when I first discovered that I was eligible for the title of Knight of Rizal. I was so excited to learn more about the title and its requirements. I’ve always wanted to be a better Filipino, and this title was the first step toward that goal. I knew that becoming a Knight of Rizal would require hard work and sacrifice, but I was ready for the challenge.
And when I realized that I would be a Knight of Rizal, I was determined to do what it takes to make the most of my membership. I was committed to becoming a better Filipino and serving the Order and my county to my ability. I knew that being a Knight of Rizal would require hard work and sacrifice, and I was ready to make those sacrifices.
